Organizational Framework Of Academic Excellence
AMaG operates through a robust governance model integrating academic leadership, research networks, and strategic committees. Our organizational structure ensures comprehensive representation and dynamic academic engagement.
AMaG Fellows

Fellows
AMaG Fellowship scheme is Inspired by the legacy of Sir Arthur Lewis, the first Black economist to receive the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 1979 for his pioneering work in development economics. Sir Lewis was the author of Ghana's post Independence National Economic Plan, and supported the country's search for a path beyond colonial dependency. AMaG Fellowship is awarded to esteemed individuals who are recognized by the Academy to have made significant contributions to the development of management theory and practice, and serve as leaders in promoting research, influencing policy, training the future of the academy.
College of Deans
Our college of Deans is made up of accomplished academics who lead or have led a faculty, business school or similar complex environment. They contribute to innovation and transformation across our learned society, and work together to unite our diverse academic communities.
