Meet the steering committees that guide the Academy of Management Ghana's programmes, governance, and member engagement.

AMaG Steering Committees

AMaG's steering committees advance our mission across research, education, equity, funding, conferences, and member engagement. Each committee brings together scholars and practitioners who volunteer their expertise to guide strategy and deliver programmes for the Academy.

Governance, Policy, and EDI Committee

The Governance, Policy, and EDI Committee support AMaG members and external persons to address ways to improve AMaGs policies. They also develop, monitor, and champion policies that foster a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive environment for our learned society

Divisions and Networks Committee

Careers and Scholarship Committee

The Careers and Scholarship Committees is responsible for managing the scholarly activities of the academy. They also oversee career development programs and professional development activities for members of the academy, particularly, ECRs and other junior faculty members who may be new to the organizing architectures and workings of academy.

The Education and Scholarship Committee oversee the teaching and learning programmes of the academy and supports the professional accreditation efforts of our member institutions

Funding, Grants and Consulting Committee

Funding, Grants and Consulting Committee manages the academy's fundraising and grantmanship projects. The committee evaluate all grant applications, allocate bursaries, travel grants, and ensuring the strategic distribution of funds to deserving projects, organizations, or individuals

Conference and Capacity Committee

The Conference and Capacity Committee manages the planning, organizing, and delivery of the academy's flagship scholarly conference. The committee sets the manages the conference tracks and the peer-review process, and handles logistics and securing speakers
